I resisted GPS units for some time as I didn't want to become reliant on GPS technology since I could not use this device in tournaments. I decided to attempt it out because I do play a lot of unfamiliar courses and I have been rather pleased. I am not the most "tech savvy" individual and admittedly I was a concerned I wouldn't be able to operate this unit. Not the case, the SGX was surprisingly simple to set up and the instructions are clear. I like how the SGX will recognize what course I am at when I turn it on at the course. Incredibly intuitive device - 5 stars!
